  Most people in the accounting profession keep a level head when dealing with clients. Of course, it’s easy to see how workers can get fed up with customers and lose their cool. Few, however, take it to the extreme of what Steven Slater did on Monday. Slater, the JetBlue flight attendant who went off the deep end, has become a bit of a hero to workers who often dream of unleashing their frustrations and chucking it all.
If you have a story to tell about an employee or coworker who has departed his or her job in a dramatic fashion, told off a client, etc., please let me know. We can post the tale anonymously if you like.
