We get to rummage around the office today, looking for something to hold that has some heft to it. I suggest a laptop bag (ideally, with a laptop inside it), a briefcase or audit bag, or even a nice stack of client folders. Dumbbell weights will work as well.

Laptop Bag Bend |
|
Today's exercise requires the use of a weight that you can hold in both your hands. This exercise will work on toning your hamstrings.
- Stand up straight and hold your weight in both hands in front of you.
- Squeeze your posterior muscles.
- Bend forward at the hips.
- Keeping your back straight, lower the weight to the floor in one fluid movement.
- Again, in a single fluid movement, lift the weight back up to the starting position.
