Tax Book Ab Twist |
|
Fitness expert Cindy Whitmarsh, who has been sharing tips and exercises with us this spring, has designed some exercises specifically for tax accountants. Today's exercise requires a heavy tax book! No heavy tax book handy? Then reach for a pile of tax files, a laptop, messenger bag, or anything else you can find that weighs a few pounds.
- Stand with feet slightly wider than hip-width apart.
- Hold tax book in front of you, about four inches away from your chest, with elbows bent.
- Contract your abs in and, while keeping hips stationary, rotate your torso and the book from side to side.
