  QuickBooks users can get ready for the release of the new 2011 version of the software which hits the stores later this month. Guest writer Laura Madiera has prepared a whitepaper detailing the changes to the program and explaining how the new program compares to older versions. In an effort to encourage users to upgrade, Intuit has announced plans to turn off certain features in older versions of QuickBooks. It might be time to retire that 1998 version of QuickBooks after all.
